We have experience setting up new shawl and scarfs boutique. Based on personal ideas and discussion with the investors/ funders, we have provided personal consultations on how to operate and set up a boutique. Services involved:

·         Preparing the feasibility studies on business, target market, competitors involve and etc

-          Choosing the appropriate and commercial branding name followed by registration and patent process

-          Selection of unique boutique concept and design which will define the identity and market approach

·         Preparing the business proposal and paperwork

·         Determination of location which is suitable for the business

·         Person in charge to liaise with contractors for renovations, electricians, CCTV, air Cond, build in furniture, telephone /internet installation and signage

·         Responsible for registration of business license

·         Providing a list of quality tailors involved in the project to be chosen

·         Staffing: Conducting interviews for new staff and training according to system that has been set up for boutique branding

·         Merchandising setting up

·         Marketing strategies and approach
